Report into the HR Transformation Change Manager and work closely with the Change Communications specialist, the wider programme team and business stakeholders to support the delivery of business change. My role is to lead the training team on the HR transformation programme where we are implementing a new system, processes, controls and ways of working.
Identification of training needs, the design and development of a flexible curriculum that suits the business and learners through engaging materials and content that supports the adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working. Activities:
Drive and own the training plan in line with the training approach, ensuring that any risks and issues are flagged appropriately
People Manager for the training team and training developers
Ensure the training plan is aligned with and fits into the overall change management plan
Identify training needs and how best to address those (e.g. tools to use and content to deliver)
Overseeing and coordinating the design training material templates and which leads the production of training materials, working with Training Developers, People/HR Subject Matter Experts & SAP Success Factors Squad team to develop engaging content for all stakeholder groups (digital content, facilitators guides, classroom slides, written guides)
Coaching and influencing others, particularly in relation to training best practice
Deliver training to end users, including People/HR Specialists and Subject Matter Experts
Coordinate training sessions (room bookings, equipment, training data, training calendar, invites)
Measure the success and effectiveness of training content, materials and channels, responding appropriately to feedback
Develop a BAU transition plan
Ability to support communication Change Management activity via weekly newsletters and comms
