In collaboration with overseas partners, as well as high-level management teams project a path to successful implementation into the virtual workspace. Key Projects:
Project “Green”: Collaborated with Facilities to implement Corporate IT support into the necessary work space to support new headquarters development project valued at more than $150 million. Collaboration efforts spanning from drawing review and approval, budgeting resources, and planning support across the business development teams. Voice Consolidation / SIP Migration Project: Teamed on full-scale migration across 7 different sites to implement new voice systems to include Cisco integrated soft phones, cloud based emergency response, and integration to the SIP cloud based service from standard PRI systems. Working with telephony team at Blackbaud along with vendor support companies to build project plan for an on-time delivery to high level management. Everyday Hero United States Launch: A Blackbaud service, EverydayHero is an established, secure, and leading nonprofit technology partner. Collaborated with teams in Australia, along with development teams in the NetSuite space, financial systems engineers within SAP and Sales Force, compliance teams across the globe, and website design to successfully launch the customer facing platform in the US. Globalsoft Integration: Onboarding and collaboration with financial team to integrate Globalsoft solutions team to begin work with SAP financial system platform; assured clarity of scope of work and resources to assure successful outcome. Ensured proficient creation of service groups inside Service Now to ensure timely and responsive actions to open problem tickets within the financial system space.
