Group Organisational Effectiveness
- Drive the OE agenda at a group level
- Influence Organisational Design
- Drive group HR (technology e.g. SuccessFactors and processes)
- Accountable for Transformation
- Promote cross-functional learning, collaboration, and the sharing of information, experiences, and best practices.
- Champion of Britehouse culture
- Provide strategic leadership by articulating and championing Human Resource priorities and plans to the executive management team at group and division level.
- Translate the strategy into operational plans that support and drive business success.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the Britehouse human resource function and performance.
- Oversee the development of appropriate policies and programs for the effective management of the organization’s people resources
- Lead and participate in HR, operations, and/or cross-functional, organizational projects. - Develop, track and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs. - Evaluate the human resource division structure and team for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group. - Enable an environment that provides individuals with professional and personal growth. - Represent the HR program to Britehouse Leadership and any senior-level groups responsible for setting direction affecting the company.
