Directly accountable for conducting client training, spearheading new client deployments, creating and analyzing financial reports, and facilitating communication with operations to maximize client potential
• Continuously monitor and evaluate performance in all areas to ensure adherence to the highest levels of customer service, productivity, efficiency, and quality for outstanding customer experience
• Create plan for revenue improvement with client, coordinate and conduct client training in documentation and reports • Display exceptional capacity to meet deadlines, build rapport with individuals at all levels and to support business goals by facilitating an environment that consistently achieves/exceeds expectations
• Quickly address customer and team member needs as well as resolve any issues in a timely manner. Adhere to customer service standards/protocols and consistently deliver complete satisfaction
• Develop reports to educate clients on financial data analysis, analyze and interpret monthly financial reports to uncover potential issues and make recommendations, and create accurate projections for client's fiscal year
• Support company goals and continuous improvement initiatives, work well in a demanding environment, and utilize strong facilitation and coordination skills to ensure positive results and efficient day-to-day operations
• Maintain strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurances, insurance claims and payments, and case management to fully support and answer questions from internal/external customers
• Recognized by management for anticipating problems and presenting effective recommendations, team collaboration, exceeding expectations, and consistently delivering outstanding results
