My team and I dreamed, designed, and launched globally the Scrambler Ducati Brand (brand architecture, brand positioning, brand identity, product strategy, product marketing, apparel, accessories, and licensed merchandise). We implemented a Growth Hacker marketing approach to effectively utilize available funds, and to function independently from external agencies. Scrambler sold 16,000 bikes in the first 10 months. It's still the most sold bike at first year in the history of Ducati. - Scrambler still weights 25% of Ducati’s global sales - Scrambler enabled Ducati to attract new customers (75% vs 35% other models average), and to break the wall of 50,000 bikes sold in one year for the very first time in its history in 2015.

Sep. 2006 - Apr. 2008- Project Creator of Fisica in Moto, the interactive didactic physics laboratory, located at the historical Ducati factory in Borgo Panigale, dedicated specifically to high school students created through the collaboration of the Fondazione Ducati together and the Liceo Malpighi (Malpighi high school). - The purpose of the laboratory is to build a bridge between schools and businesses through the experience of science and technology museums. Specifically designed and custom-built interactive machines are used inside the laboratory to demonstrate the principles of physics that students learn at school, as well as phsyics’ relationship with a Ducati MotoGP bike. The whole course has been developed with the collaboration of the professors from Bologna’s Malpighi high school and university lecturers. - 10,000 students/year have visited the laboratory since 2008
