My team and I dreamed, designed, and launched globally the Scrambler Ducati Brand (brand architecture, brand positioning, brand identity, product strategy, product marketing, apparel, accessories, and licensed merchandise).
We implemented a Growth Hacker marketing approach to effectively utilize available funds, and to function independently from external agencies.
Scrambler sold 16,000 bikes in the first 10 months. It's still the most sold bike at first year in the history of Ducati. - Scrambler still weights 25% of Ducati’s global sales
- Scrambler enabled Ducati to attract new customers (75% vs 35% other models average), and to break the wall of 50,000 bikes sold in one year for the very first time in its history in 2015.
