TemenosEmployer Branding & HR Communication Manager
Jun. 2018 - Jul. 2020- Design and lead HR Communication function, as part of the global People strategy, as defined by CHRO
- Develop communication plans to support HR priorities and initiatives for a global employee audience.
- Provide sound communication advice and expertise to HR leadership, including risk assessment, speaking notes, briefing documents, media & content preparation, and other communications advice and materials as required; - Protect and enhance the profile and reputation of HR and the Company in alignment with the integrated plan.
- Develop and support in implementing global HR programs, policies and processes: Employee Experience, Diversity and Inclusion, Annual Review process, Pre-boarding, On-boarding, Talent and Development, etc. - Supporting regional HR BPs in implementing global strategies at regional level: strategy, implementation, communication. - Work with subject matter experts across the company to communicate compelling success stories.
- Coordinate inter-departmentally to keep record of action items for HR initiatives. People Management: - Manage Employer Branding & HR Communication Team
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on global level to ensure bland alignment across all regions and functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing, Communication and HR teams to create and promote relevant content Systems Management: -Implement, oversee and manage all recruitment marketing systems
- Manage internal HR systems used in Recruitment and/or Onboarding
- Create and manage content for HR & Communication sections in the company's intranet
- Create and manage content for Temenos' career page
