Recently I have joined forces with the Menopause Expert Group and have trained to become knowledgeable in this field. I didn't just want to help myself but other women too! Haven't we been through enough already with the 'M' word hitting us twofold?

After having a child, coping with divorce and building my own businesses, now this! I was determined to not be a 'victim'. OH NO!! I am coming for your menopause and I am going to embrace it and nurture it like a new project. Nutrition, exercise, rest, sleep, aches and pains, am I peri or menopausal this is the question?
