- Own product strategy, lead product development efforts, and contribute to the growth of the business
- Act as a thought leader by participating in public presentations, demos, and industry events
- Serve as a mentor and leader to junior-level Product Management professionals
- To work with RBMs and L&D Team to ensure that these tools, materials and programmes are clearly briefed and implemented effectively
- Maintain awareness of legislation, trade group agreements, federal, state and local codes, , which may affect marketing or products, and recommend the necessary action
- Attend seminars, professional organization meetings, trade shows, , to keep abreast of new marketing concepts or other developments germane to the function
- Align portfolio priorities with sales initiatives to maximize net sales and mix profitability
- Deeply research and understand the problems of instructors and students, and be able to accurately and thoroughly articulate requirements which strive to solve the problems identified
- Communicate to customers and internal stakeholders about the product itself, upcoming releases, and product roadmaps
