I am a multidisciplinary professional with a degree in Physical Education and a Master’s in Aging Sciences, with a specialization in Sports Science, a technical background in Nutrition and Dietetics, and recently graduated in Business Management from FATEC. I am the CEO and founder of Juventude Acumulada, a project born from my purpose of promoting quality of life, active longevity, and holistic well-being, integrating movement, body awareness, and human development. My journey has always been guided by the desire to connect science, sports, and self-knowledge. Over the years, I have sought to unite these fields in a practical and sensitive way, also applying tools from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and principles of strategic management to inspire personal and collective transformation. I have an entrepreneurial and creative spirit, which comes to life through projects such as @eueblue, where I share my journey alongside my faithful companion Blue, and through the dream I am building of a pet-friendly inn that combines hospitality, nature, and emotional connection between humans and animals. I am driven by authenticity, empathy, and continuous learning. I believe that growth is a lifelong journey — and along this path, I aim to leave my mark by helping people live with greater purpose, health, and joy.
