The apprenticeship program was two years long, where was taught both human resources processes and hospitality. As an apprentice, there was a weekly hospitality course to attend too. As an Administrative Assistant, tasks included assisting internal associates from employment process, and CRM data entry, to helping them out on a variety of subjects on a daily basis. After being promoted to HR assistant, was responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the new clock-in system of all 7 hotels of the group in Rio de Janeiro. Coordinated strategies for overtime compensation as well as for managing extra time prevention. Through training, disseminated new HR processes for collaborators of all hotels in the city. Also, proactively participated in induction in all sectors of the hotel. The aim was to be familiarized to the routines of each sector in order to narrow the relationship between HR and other departments. Was very assiduous on many social events of integration to the local community such as "O Tom do Othon" and the well-known “UERÊ”. Also participated in the implementation of the Macaé Othon Suites assisting the HR manager. Nominee four times as an Employee of the Month.
