• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; and maintaining records. • Maintains working knowledge of EEO, OFCCP and other federal and legal requirements related to recruitment and staffing, including state level job banks and community and diversity outreach. Build and deliver compliance reports, including Affirmative Action Plan, OFCCP, EEO-1, VETS 4212 for regulatory compliance.
• Controls human resources records management, human resources system maintenance and responds to the daily requests of employees.
• Supports annual Open Enrollment for company benefits (multiple work groups).
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, onboarding documentation and training programs. • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. • Maintain organizational staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. • Serve as the primary recruiting lead and manage Applicant Tracking System and recruiting process flows.
