Increased sales by 15% through share gains and new product introductions. Concurrently increased operating profit by 40% through volume increases, long-term supply agreements, long term contracts with customers, and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
Instituted a rigorous strategic planning process identifying key strategic actions by segment, annual productivity improvements, material cost reductions, and inventory reductions.
