- Oversight of the performance of the department, which included 14 international branches
- Autonomy and responsibility for a designated category of small accessories, involving scheduling meetings with material suppliers and negotiating prices while considering the desired company margin. In this role, I also had to take into account our customer's preferences, current trends, and how the product fit into the overall seasonal collection. In the final stage, I was responsible for presenting the entire collection to department heads and the design team.
- Creation of a product range for the Fall/Winter 2019 season, which became the best-selling in its category and was repeated in various color variations in the following season. I was involved in the entire production process for individual products, from design concepts and material selection to component approvals, price negotiations, and handling discounts for delayed deliveries, all the way to product sales planning.
- Improved company margins on top-selling products by 20%.
- Daily communication with vendors worldwide, order proposal preparation, and production planning, along with conference call preparation.
- Collaboration with the planning team.
