Responsible for brand management and monitoring at the level of results orientation of all Real Hotels(8 hotels) and its various outlets, i.e., all the restaurants and spas in each of the resorts. Management of Public Affairs and Media Relations (local, national and international) Responsible for Management of Internal Marketing Activities of different units, to make known the different outlets and different services inhouse Hotel guests through promotional flyers, information in elevators, in the rooms, check-in and above all, through all the existing online platforms (Social Media sites like Facebook, Tryp Advisor among others). Management and coordination of a team of 10 people, distributed among the areas of wellness & spa, as well as Food & Beverage. Responsible for all promotional material such units: creative development and the accompanying graphic, as well as the promotional material developed for the various events, developed by the hotel unit. Development and implementation of Press Trips, event tracking and Fam Trips Trade. Responsible for Advertising: management and implementation of media planning, monitoring of creative design and printing. Responsible for the management of information in each of the consortia marketing associated with the Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel & Spa, namely: Leading Hotels of the World, Virtuoso and Kiwi Collection.
