Spinvi's support to Federal Government customers spans large-scale enterprise programs in the areas of Program and Technical Management, Infrastructure and Operations, Cloud and Virtualization, and Information Assurance. We assist the Government in acquiring, developing, integrating, producing, launching, and testing information technology systems to achieve reliable, affordable, flexible, effective and seamless enterprise systems that support mission critical operations. It has been my primary responsibility to: • Manage the development and execution of talent acquisition and retention practices that will attract, retain and deploy talent to drive SPINVI’s strategic business goals. • Consult with project management and team leadership to obtain an understanding of current and future workforce requirements, and implement improvements to recruitment processes as necessary to ensure that hiring needs are successfully met. • Implement full lifecycle recruitment processes to identify and acquire top technical talent; pre-screen, interview, and benchmark candidates to establish the individual’s compatibility with specific job requirements, and consult with hiring managers in the negotiation of offers.
