With its products, online stores such as Saraiva, Netshoes and Walmart Brazil offer the right products for each and every consumer, impacting millions of users in Latin America's e-commerce. As Product Owner, I reestructured the product, Chaordic OnSite throught a lot of analysis (user and customer researches, business canvas, mission statement, strength, weaknesses, benchmarking, competitors), and as a result, we changed the product strategy from full-service to self-service, creating tools that allowed our clients to have more control over the personalization and the impact that our product could have in their e-commerces. These tools helped increased the conversion of the sales team in 35%.
