Kaeli Sandhoff is an experienced education leader specializing in student support services, special education, and program development. As the Director of Student Support at STEM School Highlands Ranch, she oversees special education, Section 504, English as a Second Language, mental health, and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) across a K-12 campus. With a strong background in case management, compliance, and professional development, Kaeli has mentored educators, developed evaluation models, and led strategic initiatives to enhance student outcomes. In addition to her career in education, Kaeli co-owned and operated Savory Spice Shop in Aurora, CO, where she managed operations, budgeting, staff, and customer engagement. This entrepreneurial experience honed her leadership, communication, and organizational skills, further strengthening her ability to manage complex programs and teams. Kaeli holds a Master of Arts in Special Education and an Educational Leadership Cerficate from Regis University. Passionate about inclusive education and continuous improvement, she is committed to fostering environments where all students and staff can thrive.
