All managed member hospitals of Mission Health System. Successfully led local operational teams at each facility to become part of a larger system including service desk operations, clinical informatics, clinical engineering (Biomed), and health information management. Managed all aspects of local IT operations for hospitals and ambulatory clinics. Part of Senior Leadership team at each hospital in my region with duties including but not limited to community relations, hospital strategic decisions, administrator on call, master facilities planning, and board presentations and relations. Managed several million dollars over several cost centers and successfully negotiated out of old costly contracts and either brought them under the umbrella of the larger system or exited. Led teams to transition all hospitals including Blue Ridge Hospital in Spruce Pine, NC to new integrated technologies with Mission Health System. System implementations completed were Lawson materials management and general accounting, Kronos payroll, new voice grade wireless and wired network infrastructure connected to the health system through redundant links, GE Tele-monitoring, Philips iSite imaging platform for an integrated regional image sharing system, and Allscripts PM and EHR systems for physician practices. Cerner systems include, Millenium, Power Chart Ambulatory, Power Chart Oncology, Registration and Scheduling, and more. Managed teams in existing operation of Meditech and CPSI medical records systems prior to full conversion to Cerner in 2013. Managed and participated on project teams in every aspect of local clinical process review and integration with project teams at Mission to prepare, design, build, test, and implement new Cerner systems.
