Using personas as a reference when making design decisions and prioritizing features. Creating a logical structure to organize information into a product or service. Ensure that navigation is clear and intuitive for users. (with figma or adobe) Creation of a design system based on test results and merger of the now standardized service with the São Paulo government and SERVICE NOW. Effectively communicate design decisions to ensure a unified and consistent vision. Assessment and Metrics: Evaluate design effectiveness in terms of business objectives and user satisfaction. I use metrics and analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. I propose and implement solutions to optimize the user experience based on the data collected.
