Conducted research, analyzed and documented business & functional requirements for the Knowledge Base. Coordinated broad analysis of the existing content landscape, including government wide content identification. Initiated further analysis of stakeholder needs via focus groups, interviews and service request analysis. Compiled results of analysis, authored the Project Charter and a detailed Project Plan to support the implementation and management of the KB. Implemented and maintained control documentation such as action/decision, issues/risks and resource usage logs. Produced and consolidated reporting to the Project Sponsor and senior C-Level executives, including milestone summaries, key issues, risks, benefits, and summary of resources consumed. My approach and recommendations received senior level approval and project was implemented at year end/2015.
