• Administers all employee leaves including PMFL and COBRA directly with insurance providers
• Responsible employee performance review cycles, training and development strategy and the execution of these programs
• Managed the entire employee life cycle and continuously reassessing processes to ensure efficiency and streamline operations.
• Collaborates on searches, interviewing strategy, and training new interviewers
• Ensures a hospitable candidate experience from job posting through to onboarding
• Leads the hiring and on-boarding process with a team comprised of stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of on-boarding and off-boarding. Successfully onboarded 28 employees in 2024
• Designed tools to help inculcate new hires seamlessly including hiring manager resources, interactive onboarding toolkit, new hire orientation guide and new hire buddy program
