- Lead efforts to standardize and optimize professional services operational processes and procedures, enabling economy of scale on projects and streamlined onboarding and training of new employees.
- Leverage expert knowledge of proprietary solution and value-add to clients to support growth and profitability initiatives.
- Support the development and deployment of innovative solutions by offering insight and guidance in the development of tools, techniques, and methodologies to meet client needs.
