• Liason with internal and customer IT for new customer website integrations such as SAML, Active Directory, and HR feeds
• Test new customer instances using rigorous standards
• Improve current process of launching new business so streamlined and ensuring no activities are missed
• Create and maintain social media content for Gensuite LLC (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Write scripts and shoot videos for YouTube
• Write and send monthly email blast to current subscribers
• Creation of monthly newsletter to current subscribers
• Creation of quarterly business contact emails for current subscribers
• Update of marketing website to be focused on non-subscriber contacts
• Creation of program to maintain demonstration website for non-subscribers
• Maintain Google Adwords campaign and focus on improvements through reporting and use of Google Analytics
• Dean of Gensuite University, an internal training program focusing on on-boarding new employees and continuing education of staff
• Work with CEO and Vice President for creation of new social media content
• Conference marketing and ad campaigns
• Create and monitor a unique in house built forum for all subscribing business user (from all companies) to collaborate and discuss innovation for Gensuite and EHS practices
