HP INC.CATEGORY MANAGER
Aug. 2024- Develop and execute category strategies for HP Ink & Toner Supplies to achieve revenue,
margin, and market share targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, pricing, and customer insights to optimize
portfolio performance.
- Lead quarterly and annual business planning, including demand forecasting, sell-in/sell-
through analysis, and inventory management.
- Manage channel programs and incentive structures for T1/T2 partners and distributors to
accelerate sell-through performance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, and Regional
Category & Hub teams to deliver business objectives.
- Drive marketing and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand preference and end-user
demand.
- Monitor product lifecycle, ensure portfolio availability, and provide strategic
recommendations for channel mix and product transitions.
- Oversee compliance of HP brand guidelines and pricing governance across partner listings
and online platforms, including ACF (Anti-counterfeit) campaign.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify
growth opportunities.
