Working hand-in-hand with owner & CEO, as the Brand Development Manager: - Created and managed over 50 virtual brands (restaurants) of all types of cuisines, developed menus and recipes in collaboration with partner chefs - Managed the on-boarding process of existing restaurants: menu design, recipe standardization, third-party delivery account set-up, internal platform account set-up, marketing plan, POS - Managed a team of developers to create a unique online ordering platform to order from multiple restaurants in the same order - Negotiation of licensing agreements with partner brands and suppliers - Successfully set up and integrated over 50 online accounts on delivery platforms (UberEats, Doordash...) - Inventory Management: translate each concept's recipes into order lists with suppliers' codes for easy inventory management and supply chain system (internally, then on MarketMan: over 50 menus, more than 1,500 recipes, and over 500 ingredients). - Managed a team of designers to develop advertising creatives and logos for all 50 virtual brands
