Customer service was my main role, even as a manager. I learned cashiering, how to take orders in the drive thru, how to answer the phone and take care of customers. As a manager I would deploy my crew members, count the safe in and out, count inventory, act as a floating or support position during peaks, and handle customer or team member issues.
