Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and financial management.

Coordinate property inspections, maintenance repairs, and vendor management to uphold property standards.
Conduct regular property tours and inspections to assess conditions and identify areas for improvement.
Manage leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease agreements, move-in/move-out procedures, and rent collection.
Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation.
