Defining the organizational structure, responsibilities and helping the team understand what each person’s role is; Defining a full induction process including presentations (company and dev/design), together with a 3 Month Induction Plan, monthly reviews and weekly syncs with the manager; Defining a full Evaluation Process, from top to bottom, based on MBOs and Smart Objectives, setting clear targets between different seniority levels within the development team; Helping set up and monitor the OKR system for the company-wide goals; Defining a Validation processes for the projects within the company, closely following the internal standards Defining the first proper list of QA Validation Criteria inside the company
