I am a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in operations, project management, and technical leadership. Currently, I serve as the Director of Operations at Readylynks Inc, a role I’ve held since May 2024, following my tenure as Director of Implementation and Technical Assistance (Oct 2023–Jun 2024) with the same company. In these positions, I focus on delivering innovative solutions to optimize customer infrastructure, helping save time and money. As the Owner and President of CNE Enterprises, Inc since March 2012, I’ve built a successful entrepreneurial venture that reflects my long-term commitment to business excellence. My career also includes impactful roles such as Operations Manager at InnSpire – The Digital Guest Journey (May 2022–Sep 2023), Senior DOCSIS Network Solution Architect (Aug 2021–May 2022), and various project and technical account management positions at companies like onezerOne, Spencer Technologies, and N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc, spanning from 2014 to 2021. These roles, often worldwide or remote, have honed my ability to lead across diverse environments. I bring expertise in business process improvement, root cause analysis, budgeting, customer loyalty, quality assurance, infrastructure management, problem-solving, customer relationship management (CRM), service desk operations, strategic leadership, and client services. Currently, I am enhancing my skills by finishing my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
