In my role as Admin Assistant for the Singapore & SEA Team at Howden, I managed a wide range of
office and facility management tasks, including maintenance, supplies replenishment, and vendor
contract negotiations. I facilitated comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes for new
hires and departing staff, coordinating seamlessly with IT and HR departments. I supported the planning and execution of various events, from corporate gatherings to team-building activities, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes. My responsibilities extended to administering critical finance and IT functions, including banking operations, IT equipment procurement, and system upgrades. I enhanced office operations through proactive health and safety inspections, continuously improving workplace environment and safety measures. Additionally, I handled reception and communication duties, efficiently managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and conveying important announcements.
