Led efforts to develop technical competencies, train HR Business Partners in best practices for implementation, and continue to act as SME in competency development throughout the process. I have supported change initiatives in Top Talent processes, moving from the subjective nomination process to data-driven metrics; provided data analysis and guidance to HR Business Partners and Business leaders. I have partnered with Compensation Analysts to engineer re-organization, including redefining job profiles and salary structures, for 150 employees in IT; consulted with business leaders on change management strategy and led communication efforts (using Kotter). I oversaw mid-year and year-end performance processes and goal-setting and individual development plans; partner with HRIS (using Workday) to refine system and business processes relating to project management. Created and managed project plans for several functional HR initiatives, including IT Top Talent development and competency design, using Agile methodology.
