I had designed and instituted new review processes when instructional designers didn’t meet quality expectations in deliverables. Before beginning reviewing the instructional designers’ work, there were many errors and gaps in content, and a 75% reduction was seen in errors that we received in first drafts after several trainings in 3 weeks.
