Jan. 2022Bar, MontenegroAs the Founder and Chief of Operations at Travel Twitch DMC, I have taken a lesser known destination and efficiently implemented it's corporate, leisure and luxury travel products in the US market. My role is to develop and execute long-term strategies that enhance our brand's visibility. The role encompasses overseeing digital initiatives, marketing campaigns, market research, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Documentation: Develop comprehensive written documentation, including the Business Plan, to support and communicate the company's strategic vision, goals, and mission. Brand Management: Ensure our brand image remains consistent, engaging, and professional. As the first travel brand from the Montenegro region available in the USA, I conducted extensive analysis to align our brand with business goals and market expectations. Marketing Strategy Development: Set and execute long-term marketing goals and strategies, including SEO, email marketing, inbound and outbound sales, online ads (PPC), and social media management, to create impactful campaigns. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative work culture and build a dynamic, high-performing team. I appointed a COO and a Head of Marketing to carry forward the company’s mission and vision independently. Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency across all operations. The company grew in revenue by 10x compared to the first year of business, making it sustainable, profitable and providing funds for self growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to align product development strategies with broader business objectives, promoting harmony and coherence in our operational efforts. I am dedicated to ensuring that Travel Twitch DMC not only meets but exceeds its goals, delivering value and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
