- Support and guidance to leaders in subjects related to people and management, acting as Business Partner;
- Lead and support culture change management;
- Redesign of organizational structure, benefits and compensation for all levels;
- Implementation and sponsor Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring alignment in all HR processes;
- Reinforce and promote Performance and Development process through feedback culture, training, development plans, tools, etc, mapping developing potential talents;
- Promote climate and engagement surveys implementation and action plans;
- Redesign and implement HR processes;
- Adequacy and application of global HR policies in Brazil;
- Team management (8 people).
