I was responsible for organising and managing all the administrative activities. I was also assigned to communicate with local clients and foreign suppliers. Organising trips for the director which included booking of flights, hotels, meetings with suppliers and reports. I was also responsible for general office duties and the smooth running of the office. Frank S. Portelli Ltd. was a private company dealing in the importation of paper, board, newsprint and printing machinery. 1987 – 2002 Employer St. Julian’s Pharmacy Gudja Pharmacy Main activities and responsibilities At intervals I worked part time in various pharmacies, as a Pharmacy Technician. My responsibilities consisted of assisting clients to buy pharmaceutical and beauty products, stocktaking, placing orders and keeping track of expiry dates on medicines. 2002 – 2007 I have been temping at my previous work places when the permanent staff were on leave so as to keep the office/pharmacy operations running smoothly. 2008 – 2012 Employer Vintage & Co. Importation and distribution of fine quality wines for restaurants, wine bars and private clients.
