During my time in this role, the Director of the division was a Consultant. The Senior Manager is responsible for developing the division's vision, plan, and implementation. They also provide input on the implementation of NJSBA's strategic plan across divisions to ensure the achievement of goals. The role includes working towards the financial goals set by the Executive Director and Executive Committee members for the department, as well as the association. Created Leadership development programs for staff and member volunteer groups. ·Presented NJ HIB law/ Climate and Culture to education community leaders, to expand impact of school safety and security. ·Leadership team member for an award winning statewide educational leadership virtual conference 2020 and 2021. In March of 2020 shifted the association from a face to face 8000 person 1.5 million dollar conference to a highly successful virtual learning experience. ·Designed educational experience for 6000 attendee annual educational leadership workshop in Atlantic City NJ. ·Created an association wide e-learning center, consisting of e-courses, live-virtual events, and hybrid programming. ·Implemented a standard operating procedure for the quick movement to virtual learning, which included all styles of learning and industry best practices. ·Worked with multi-state associations on a national DEI conference design, development and implementation. ·Collaboratively work with association departments on design and development of all department programs and materials. Ensure adult learning best practices and theory are standard.
