o Developing a set of re-usable Excel formulas that is applied to multiple data tables to do large scale department wide sourcing reviews to ensure Graybar locations can correctly replenish needed inventory. • Worked with IT to develop a new lead-time calculation that Graybar uses for key vendors and product categories that are having extended lead-times.
• Developed and implemented a new monthly DNO T reporting allowing the districts and management to easily review and monitor current and past due 90-day DNO T.
• Developed and implemented a new monthly Top 10 DNO report that allows the department to monitor its top 10 DNO GBID’s and overall DNO.
• Develop and created reports to help assist planners in monitoring their vendor responsibilities.
• Trained and mentored new hires on Graybar policies, procedures, and SAP.
• Trained and mentored purchasing department on how to utilize GAINS, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ran monthly reports to identify DNO under $50 nationwide and keyed the junk and scrap PO’s to have stocked removed from inventory.
• Ran weekly, monthly, and yearly vendor reports to ensure that vendor lines are running effectively and meeting KPI metrics.
• Was part of the departments S.W.O.T. team. Core responsibilities Sourcing, Internal Auditing, and Training.
• Managed Graybar’s total investment for assigned vendors nationwide.
• Manage, review, and place daily stock POs through GAINS and SAP.
• Work on new stock requests and inventory adjustments to make sure the appropriate inventory is available to meet the end-users needs and requirements.
• Ran weekly, monthly, and yearly vendor reports to ensure that vendor lines are running effectively and meeting KPI metrics.
• Work and communicate with Graybar and vendors to address issues as they arise.
• Review, maintain and correct vendor and material data in SAP.
