Core responsibilities Sourcing, Internal Auditing, and Training. • Managed Graybar’s total investment for assigned vendors nationwide. • Manage, review, and place daily stock POs through GAINS and SAP. • Work on new stock requests and inventory adjustments to make sure the appropriate inventory is available to meet the end-users needs and requirements. • Ran weekly, monthly, and yearly vendor reports to ensure that vendor lines are running effectively and meeting KPI metrics. • Work and communicate with Graybar and vendors to address issues as they arise. • Review, maintain and correct vendor and material data in SAP.
