Sep. 2015IrelandFashion Stylist | Founder @ FHStyle | Event Host & Facilitator | Advocate for Female Empowerment With over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, I am a stylist passionate about crafting narrative-driven styling that deeply resonates with my clients. As the founder of FHStyle, my expertise spans personal styling, commercial styling, and brand consultancy, focusing on aligning fashion with individual personality, lifestyle, and body type. My approach goes beyond clothes— I create tailored styling experiences that empower women and elevate brands. In addition to my work as a stylist, I am a sought-after event facilitator and panel host, using my platform to champion women’s leadership, resilience, and personal growth. I am also a passionate advocate for transforming the fashion industry, particularly in Ireland, addressing issues such as transparency, education, and elitism in styling. Through my work, I am paving the way for a more inclusive and supportive environment for female stylists and aspiring fashion professionals.

Nov. 2014Limerick, IrelandI approached Pieta in November 2014 after taking part in Darkness into light in Thomond park in May of that year. Doing the event had a profound effect on me and I felt it would be a special event to bring to Kilmallock. Pieta were very responsive and together with an incredible team of people from Kilmallock we hosted the first one in May 2015. Now in its 11th year we have raised over €120,000 for the charity.
