Responsibility:
-Strategic human resources planning according to the road map, management of the dynamic organizational structure -C&B (budget, headcount, compensation and benefits system analytics)
-Performance management through KPIs, OKRs,
-Recruitment and personnel adaptation,
-Personnel assessment and engagement surveys (eNPS, managerial cases, 360),
-Employee training and development (internal and external training),
comprehensive work on HR branding,
-Organization of corporate events. My completed projects: Consolidation of product companies into a unified holding company and creation of a new brand "FinTechPro",
-Launch of a training academy for key employees,
-Talent management program "Talent Management Reserve",
-Adaptation and mentoring program "Your Dear Buddy",
-Implementation of a benefits system: English and Spanish language training, Vitamin Tuesday, employee social support, cinema and game zone relaxation room.
-Rebranding and conceptual design of all offices,
-Business digitization enhancement program - initiator and trainer in Miro implementation, electronic library, and task managers.
-Developed and implemented an adaptation process: welcome box, first-day checklist, template for conducting 1:1 meetings during the adaptation phase.
-Closed top positions such as: IT Director, Sales Director, Country Partner Director, Security Director, Technical Director, Logistics Company Director, CMO.
