My role includes onboarding new clients, managing existing relationships, and mitigating risks in staff placement contracts. I focus on aligning client needs with top-tier talent while mentoring and supporting the team. Key responsibilities include creating job templates, developing interview screening questions, managing Bluegrass's hiring platform profiles. Additionally, I manage and expand our network of preferred recruiters and partners, negotiate preferential rates, and ensure signed agreements. I streamline and improve hiring processes to quickly seize new opportunities, while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Post-onboarding, I maintain relationships with new hires, network, and actively headhunt key talent to expand our candidate database. I manage a well-organized talent database for fast staff augmentation placements and provide clear sales pipeline reports to management. With a focus on innovation and motivation, I bring high energy, attention to detail, and a drive for success, collaborating professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
