Responsible for managing the planning, execution & post-project assessment of move-in's/out's for multiple projects of 20+ apartments from schematic review through photography and operations hand-off.
Managed the rollouts of and opened 100 fully operational units in person across the United States
Actively and consistently strategized and updated project timelines for increased revenue, reduced from 21 to 10 days
Created labor needs and schedules based on project scope; sourced, onboarded and trained all contract & general labor
Trained and set-up vendors, labor and cleaning teams, ensuring brand and operational standards were maintained
Engaged cross-functionally daily, leading meetings, spearheading schedules & coordinating project team’s assignments
Built risk assessment models by project, referencing Procurement, Design, delivery and labor plans and scope
