Certsys Manager of Marketing & Communications

Ensure the development and execution of marketing and internal communication actions, according with the company's business plan; Lead marketing projects connected with the brand positioning and that reinforce the experience and experience of the pillars of branding; Provide a view of the area in the short, medium and long term team execution perspective;
Follow market trends, checking the availability of new media and technologies, suggesting innovations together with the R&D and strategic areas of the company; Pipeline generation, monitoring and executing actions with the Sales team; Development of strategies and communication approach with the sales team for each front of the company; Lead research into new segments (or penetration of current segments) together with the sales team;
Knowledge to create when necessary and lead social media fronts, digital campaigns, conversions, leads qualification and brand awareness; Manage Branding and all planning and elaboration of campaigns, look books, and brand actions; Manage the production of brand image and content, supplying branding and commercial needs; Manage the entire content team in strategic brand communication such as collection launches, product line launches and brand projects; Enhance the Marketing area in the organization;
Responsible for the results of Internal Communication and Marketing activities, strategically exercising the planning, control and general supervision of activities, aiming to optimize results for customers and stakeholders; Positioning the Marketing area as a more strategic support area for the company's operating pillars (portfolio, arguments, organization) and customer relationships (communication in general).
