Feb. 1999Washington, DC A strategic solution consulting and business coaching organization with clients around the world, TFG specializes in building teams to capture business via the U.S. Federal procurement processes for complex IT, environmental, & energy-related projects. We also offer considerable expertise in the creation and deployment of overarching strategic plans for economic infrastructure development in emerging nations. Due to requests from several current and previous clients, in April 2023 we will launch a new company, Excellium Business Coaching, to aid business owners and founders and senior management in identifying, qualifying, and winning business from the U.S. government.
In the U.S., we've won positions for our clients on federal government contracts with contract totals of over $40 Billion for such industry-leading clients as Lucent Technology/Bell Labs (now part of Alcatel) and Lockheed Martin as well as multiple small businesses with go-to-market strategies including producing winning bids, teaming with prime contractors, and creating joint ventures to positively compete for and win federal government opportunities presented as RFP, RFQ, ATP, CRADA, & other contract vehicles. During the past 20 years, we worked with other inventors, business strategists, and problem solvers and led the development of networked, modular water purification systems primarily using emerging technologies and proven business processes for annual ROIs often exceeding 20%. For example, we've researched and vetted plasma micro membrane and nano chemical as well as various more traditional systems for countries on five continents.
Previous experience includes product development for emerging technologies: anti-counterfeiting of products, secure SCADA, and other IT/telecom products; program/project management on contract to Depts of Energy, HHS/NIH, DoD, & EPA; and teaching IT/MIS, Supply Chain Mgt/ Logistics, and Management courses at SUNY, Marshall U., George Mason U., U of Charleston.
