Wehkamp has more than 2.7 mln loyal customers, more than 500k unique visitors per day and sends more than 10 million packages per year. As Lead Shopping Content I lead a team of ±25 talented individuals and I am responsible for:
- Shop marketing throughout all categories to optimize our customers’ shopping journey
- Manage and optimize our content marketing within our shop that reflects our overall marketing strategy - Content strategy that connects our commercial, marketing objectives and meets our customers’ needs - UX iterations on our content by testing, experimenting, designing and creating - Consumer generated content to inspire our customers In this role I work closely together with the CSO, CMO and Head of Product to drive trading on a daily basis, and set and work on our North Star. My team of content specialists, shop marketeers, copywriters and e-commerce specialists optimizes our customers’ journey every single day. The team works cross functionally with Product Owners, UX designers, Category managers, Marketing and the creative teams.
