• Managed a 6-person team responsible for sample recruiting, data collection, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, and reporting for 4 independent phases of customer journey mapping
• Managed team operations to ensure more efficient work flow and continuously improved monthly analytical client reports based on an iterative methodology in order to best fulfill the needs of the client
• Responsible for expanding study scope through development discussions with client regarding additional processes that would benefit from the journey mapping process
• Involved at all levels of study from management to moderating task-based sessions using semi-structured interviews and follow-up surveys, analyzing video for behavior/emotional response, and developing new visually dynamic report templates
