As the Global CHRO, I provided leadership and strategic direction for the organization's HR function. Responsible for HR operations in the US, Asia Pacific, and Mexico. I rebuilt the HR function to develop and implement HR policies and programs to align the organization's HR practices with the company's business goals and objectives. I led employee recruitment and retention, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR technology enhancements. Senior Executive for Non-US Store Operations - Country of Mexico. Led Country Manager for Mexico. (300 Stores) I was appointed by the board of directors and the CEO as the Chief Transformation Officer last year.
