With indicators attained, an annual amount of approximately R$37 million contracted, and an amount of approximately 2 million/year of purchased items. • Managed the implementation of a new turnkey business with the privatization of BR Distribuidora in 07/2019, starting hiring/purchasing activities without bids (governed until then by Law 13.303/96), resulting in new routines, e-procurement tools, procedures, team organization, and service agreements, surpassing the goal of saving in 4 percentage points, approximately. • Implemented the purchase of all materials/equipment/furniture for a "BR Mania” convenience store, during the critical phase of modifications on the Executive Order, within the abbreviated time required for the internal customer, considering the bidding deadlines and routines at that time. • Developed materials/equipment purchases via Marketplace (B2B) with corporate credit card, speeding up the process/delivery deadlines for the internal client. • Deployed 15 projects related to cost reduction in 10/2019, such as mapping of possible purchases with Global Contracts, update of the register of materials, Automation of the activity related to extension of materials through SAP.
