From those just entering their careers to corporate directors and general managers, I have observed that people are people, and they want to be more human and less robotic. 2015 I was invited to be a part of the pilot for a global RETAIL TRANSFORMATION project. The change is: put the PEOPLE at the heart of retail, providing a memorable experience for both the Customer and the Beauty Adviser. As a part of the Canadian task force, I have contributed to developing resources to elevate the expertise of the beauty advisors continually. After leaving my full-time role with L'Oreal Canada, I continue to work with this team to respond to the changing needs of both the internal and the field teams.
