I have been able to work with thousands of beauty advisors in Canada, the US, Mexico, and China to shape the way we see and live the retail experience. From those just entering their careers to corporate directors and general managers, I have observed that people are people, and they want to be more human and less robotic. 2015 I was invited to be a part of the pilot for a global RETAIL TRANSFORMATION project.
The change is: put the PEOPLE at the heart of retail, providing a memorable experience for both the Customer and the Beauty Adviser. As a part of the Canadian task force, I have contributed to developing resources to elevate the expertise of the beauty advisors continually. After leaving my full-time role with L'Oreal Canada, I continue to work with this team to respond to the changing needs of both the internal and the field teams.
