• For one client, protected by an NDA, procured Insperity COTS HRIS platform with Paylocity ERP, Ceridian & Success Factors, realigned HR mission to federal laws, enhanced budget for allocations, established stakeholder communications, instituted SharePoint for team communications, reset EEOC laws in their compliance and documentation chain of custody protocols, & updated employee handbook. • As People Operations Manager, verified data integrity and accuracy of inventory bringing payroll in-line to 95% of the budget with the integration of ADP systems and Quick Books and devised processes to implement cascade training for the integration of Kronos time-keeping reducing case & ticket management issues, particularly in LOA, ADA, FMLA management with infrastructure and migration management.
• For one client, Best Buy, as PM/BA, had to organize and direct 10 project teams for store builds in HR/Merchandising, and cross-training of 1000 employees in revised T&D platforms using Cornerstone. As PMO Leader, we did this in Sprints due to regional differentiations.
• Another client at RP One Consulting was Staples. We created 10 task force teams to function at 50 different sites on the East Coast, to do several on-site projects such as:
• People Systems Migration & Augmentation with heavy cross-training for Staples
• Store Relocations – which involved recruiting for the relocated store (using Workforce Now) It demanded to use of ADP for training and development to remain compliant with the local jurisdictions.
