•Maintains campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities
•Analyzes the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across both online/offline channels
•Develops and manages integrated marketing programs from beginning to end (strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis, and optimization). Including thought leadership, lead generation approach, content strategy, partnerships, digital & social media strategy and more.
•Generates & execute email and social media marketing campaigns
•Manages timelines and key deliverables for all creative and media campaign elements, working with all relevant parties including internal/external teams & agencies
•Provides project management support to ensure all deadlines are met
•Creates and maintain relationships with external partners
•Ensures messaging and branding is consistent across departments and provide training and technical assistance to staff about best practices for branding and messaging
•Works closely with website agency to provide performance reporting and industry best practices to optimize visitor site experience and conversion
•Researches and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
•Works with the leadership team to market special events, recruit members, and brand new initiatives
•Manages relationships with any marketing-related vendors and consultants
•Additional projects and duties as required
