Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes for assistant positions to the heads of the Brokerage: profile gathering, job posting, candidate screening, and competency-based interviews.
Implement the Training Plan: identify training needs, contact suppliers, utilize the Sence tax franchise, and conduct subsequent evaluations.
Execute strategies and implement action plans aimed at improving organizational climate and culture.
Implement the performance evaluation system, incentives, and recognition.
Execute internal communication actions through the available official channels.
